Job Title: Salesforce Developer/Lead

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE only)

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer / Lead to join our team in Austin, TX. This role combines hands‑on Salesforce development with leadership responsibilities, allowing you to drive enterprise solutions, mentor developers, and make a real impact on the business.

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and guide development teams
• Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with business, product, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security requirements
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Lead
• Hands‑on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, and permission sets
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration
• Ability to design solutions for scalability and performance
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer or Architect certifications
• Experience with CI/CD tools and release management
• Prior experience leading a Salesforce team or project
