Deployed Software Engineer

Our client, a fast-growing Series A startup in the developer tools space, is looking for a Frontend Deployed Engineer to join their team in Brooklyn, NY.

As a Frontend Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with customers to solve their highest-priority technical challenges. You'll build features, fix bugs, and influence the product roadmap based on real user feedback. This role combines hands‑on engineering with customer‑facing work.

• Build direct relationships with technical leaders and engineers at customer companies
• Ship code quickly across multiple codebases to support customer needs
• Drive product decisions based on customer insights and technical feasibility
• Work with Type Script, React, and modern web technologies
• Help build and scale the engineering team

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers
• Proficiency in Type Script and React
• Experience as a founder or in forward‑deployed roles is a plus
• Bonus:
  Experience with Next.js, Vercel, OpenAPI, or API tooling
