We're hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead technical strategy and execution. This is a rare greenfield opportunity to architect foundational systems from the ground up and define how next‑generation AI‑enabled healthcare infrastructure will operate.

We're looking for an engineer energized by ambiguity and zero‑to‑one building‑someone who can take broad, unsolved problems and translate them into scalable systems, intuitive APIs, and production‑ready features. • Design, develop, and maintain impactful software that improves clinical and operational outcomes
• Write efficient, scalable, high‑quality code following best practices
• Serve as a key technical partner to Product, Design, and other cross‑functional teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous process improvement
• Participate in both scheduled and ad‑hoc on‑call rotations

• Strong academic background in Computer Science or related fields
• Significant experience delivering production software with increasing ownership
• Strong fullstack expertise in Java and React
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure
• Proven experience mentoring and developing engineers
• Experience fostering strong engineering culture in an agile environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, highly technical, mission‑driven environment
