Full Stack Java Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Engineer with strong architecture and system design expertise to build and scale modern, cloud-native applications. This role requires deep hands-on development skills across front-end, back-end, APIs, and data layers, along with the ability to define technical direction, standards, and best practices for new and existing platforms.

You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to design secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions while leveraging modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.

• Own and drive end-to-end application architecture across front end, back end, APIs, data layers, and system integrations.
• Define and enforce reference architectures, coding standards, and design principles to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Design, develop, and optimize modern user interfaces using React, Angular, Type Script, and Java Script , ensuring performance, accessibility, and UX consistency.
• Architect and build scalable backend services using Node.js and/or Python

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and integrate intelligent automation, real-time processing, and messaging technologies where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver dashboards, analytics, and interactive tools aligned with business needs.
