We are looking for a Full Stack React Native Engineer to join a small, high-ownership engineering team.

This is a high-impact, product-led role where you will directly shape the core mobile experiences used daily by teenagers and mentors. You’ll work end-to-end across the mobile app and backend services, owning key product missions tied to the company’s 2026 growth strategy.

• Ship warm, fast, and intuitive mobile experiences using React Native
• Improve onboarding, matching, and early-engagement flows
• Build UI that feels on par with top consumer social products

• Create mentor-facing tools that improve speed, consistency, and connection
• Build safety and risk-detection surfaces to support a sensitive user base
• Improve internal workflows so tools empower, not burden, operators
• Build end-to-end features across React Native, backend services, and APIs
• Collaborate closely with design, product, growth, and operations
• Engage directly with users to understand needs and validate solutions
• Maintain a clean, scalable codebase in a fast-growing environment

• Modern React Native patterns (hooks, state management)
• REST and/or Graph
  
  QL API integration
• Offline storage, push notifications, and authentication flows
• React Native navigation, animations, and performance tuning
• Git, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines
• Publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Exposure to native modules (Swift/Objective-C and/or Kotlin/Java)
