Full Stack Engineer

Kinvr Digital has partnered with a well-funded travel tech startup ($60M Series B/C) to hire a Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer for their consumer experience platform. This fast-growing company (180+ employees) is building the technology backbone for thousands of travel advisors and reimagining how the industry operates.

You’ll build core products that power the entire consumer journey - from advisor onboarding to booking systems to client management. Working closely with product and design teams, you’ll own significant features across the stack, architect end-to-end solutions, and ship products that directly impact how travel entrepreneurs run their businesses.

Partner with cross-functional teams to define roadmap priorities, build and scale stateful web applications handling complex travel workflows, work across frontend and backend to deliver complete solutions, and take ownership of projects from concept through delivery and maintenance.

• 5+ years full stack development experience with 3+ years in modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue/Angular) and 3+ years backend development
• Computer Science degree or equivalent
• Strong experience with relational database ORMs, testing web applications, and building event-driven systems
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Compensation: $155K-$225K base + equity (level-dependent)
