We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Python Developer to join our growing engineering team in the United States. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of hands-on experience who is eager to build scalable applications, write clean and efficient code, and contribute to meaningful product development. As a Python Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and senior engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems and services.
You will play an important role in building reliable APIs, automating workflows, handling data processing tasks, and supporting application performance improvements. The position offers an opportunity to strengthen your Python expertise while working in a collaborative environment that values learning, ownership, and high-quality engineering practices.
- Develop, test, and maintain backend applications and services using Python
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations
- Work with databases to design schemas, write queries, and optimize performance
- Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Participate in code reviews and implement feedback to improve code quality
- Contribute to automation scripts and internal tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Support deployment processes and monitor applications in production environments
- Continuously learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and development practices
- 1+ year of professional experience developing applications using Python
- Strong understanding of Python fundamentals, including data structures and object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Basic experience working with relational or No
SQL databases (e.g., Postgre
SQL, MySQL, Mongo
DB) - Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web service integration
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn from senior engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
