Join the Customer Data Platform (CDP) group as a Development Manager 2, helping clients activate the data they need faster and with higher quality.

• Data onboarding
• Client testing, debugging, and activation readiness
• New entities, integrations, aggregations, Code Gen
• Backfill coordination (excluding Redshift)
• Self-service and automation to reduce friction
• OpEx, data quality, and on‑call ownership for activation flows

• 2+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer‑driven software products or platforms.
• Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with 8+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing an inclusive team of high‑performing engineers in multiple office locations.
• Experience in building, operating large scale web
• Experience in Agile software development
• Very strong verbal and written communication
• Assertive and high presentation skills
• Proven experience in growing people
