Forward Deployed Software Engineer to partner closely with customers, understand high‑value business problems, and build fast, impactful software solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

My client is a discreet, fast‑moving technology organisation that supports large, data‑heavy enterprises and public‑interest institutions. Engineers embed directly with operators, build production workflows at speed, and focus on outcomes rather than long delivery cycles. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to identify their most valuable objectives and convert messy, underutilised data into intuitive applications and operational workflows. You’ll iterate quickly, travel occasionally for on‑site discovery (up to 25%), and collaborate in a hybrid setup from one of the company’s main regional hubs.

• Strong customer‑centric mindset and comfort owning outcomes independently
• Proficiency in Python and/or Type Script
• Experience building production systems using large structured/unstructured datasets
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical users
• Track record of delivering real‑world value with software or analytical products
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with ML/LLM‑based production systems
• Exposure to distributed compute, data platforms, or modern front‑end tooling (e.g., React)
