About the RoleWe’re hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead major initiatives within a core web platform rewrite. You’ll own critical user journeys and help define frontend architecture, patterns, and standards that will scale across the product.
What You’ll Do- Own high-impact frontend initiatives end-to-end across core user journeys
- Lead technical design and implementation for large frontend changes
- Define and implement reusable patterns in a modern Next.js codebase
- Improve performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and conversion metrics
- Raise code quality through reviews, standards, and mentorship
- Improve developer velocity through better tooling, testing, and observability
- Partner with backend engineers on API design and performance optimization
- Testing: Playwright
- Backend (Context): Node.js and Ruby-based services on AWS
- 7+ years of experience building production web applications
- Deep expertise in React and modern frontend architecture (SSR/SPA hybrids)
- Experience leading rewrites or major migrations of high-traffic web products
- Ability to mentor engineers and elevate frontend practices across a team
