Software Engineer - Mobile & Design

Overview

We’re an AI startup building automated sales and communication tools for cash-based medical clinics. Our platform powers an AI receptionist that handles voice, SMS, scheduling, and follow-ups – helping clinics convert more leads and deliver a better customer experience.

Our customers are primarily women-owned businesses who rely on us to provide tools that are reliable, intuitive, and revenue-driving. As we scale, we’re investing in improving both our mobile applications and our core product interfaces to ensure they feel cohesive, polished, and easy to use.

As a Mobile & UX Engineer, you’ll work across our React Native apps and our web platform to improve how customers experience our product. This role is primarily mobile-focused, but also includes meaningful ownership over frontend UX, shared component systems, and fullstack Type Script features.

You’ll help ensure our mobile and web surfaces feel consistent, thoughtfully designed, and operationally reliable. This is a product-facing role where engineering quality and user experience are equally important.

• Build and maintain features in our React Native mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Contribute to our web frontend
  , improving UX, interaction flows, and visual consistency.
• Participate in mobile app releases (App Store / Play Store), including build processes and deployment workflows.
• Design and refine user flows for both mobile and web experiences in collaboration with product.
• Build and maintain reusable UI components and shared design patterns across platforms.
• Contribute to backend APIs and business logic in our Type Script-based fullstack environment

• Improve performance, responsiveness, and usability across devices.
• Implement features such as authentication flows, push notifications, real-time updates, and messaging interfaces.
• Debug production issues and help raise the overall quality bar of our user experience.

• 4–6 years of software engineering experience
  , with strong frontend and product-facing work.
• Meaningful experience building and shipping React Native applications
  .
• Experience contributing to App Store / Play Store releases
  .
• Strong UX instincts – able to think in terms of user flows, interaction states, and information hierarchy.
• Experience working in a fullstack Type Script environment (frontend + backend APIs).
• Comfort implementing and refining designs without heavy oversight.
• Ability to balance speed and polish in a startup environment.

• Experience with WebRTC or real-time communication interfaces.
• Familiarity with SMS/MMS workflows or messaging-style UIs.
• Experience building design systems or shared component libraries.
• Exposure to AI-driven or conversational product interfaces.

• Work on a product where design and usability directly affect customer revenue.
• Help shape both mobile and web experiences from early stages.
• Partner closely with founders and senior engineers on high-impact features.
