SS&C Globe Op is seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Software Engineer to help build and evolve modern, data‑intensive financial applications using Angular (v20). This role is ideal for an engineer who can take well‑defined UI/UX designs and wireframes and deliver polished, production‑ready user interfaces, while also applying strong judgment to improve usability and workflows where needed.

You will be working on complex financial applications featuring high‑volume datasets, advanced grid interactions, and role‑based workflows (maker/checker), integrated into an internal enterprise design system. This is a front‑end focused role, working closely with backend engineering teams as APIs and services evolve.

• Build scalable, high‑performance front‑end applications using Angular 20 and modern Angular best practices.
• Translate Figma/wireframes into clean, responsive, production‑grade UI.
• Engineer highly interactive data‑grid experiences using AG Grid Enterprise, including custom cell renderers/editors, filtering, grouping, tree data, and pagination.
• Implement role‑based workflows (maker/checker/admin) that drive UI behavior, permissions, approvals, and data visibility.
• Work within and extend an internal enterprise design system, leveraging design tokens and reusable UI components.
• Develop and maintain reusable front‑end components and shared UI patterns (modals, toasts, alerts, dropdowns, tooltips, etc.).
• Build the service layer for API integration, converting mocked services into real HTTP‑based integrations using Angular Http Client and RxJS.
• Ensure UI performance, accessibility, and maintainability in a complex, data‑dense environment.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture planning.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, QA, and backend engineering teams.

• Strong experience delivering enterprise front‑end applications in Angular (16+ required, Angular 20 preferred).
• Experience working with modern Angular architecture, including standalone components and modern routing/lazy loading patterns.
• Strong experience with AG Grid (Enterprise strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of RxJS / reactive programming, including Observables, Behavior Subjects, and operators.
