- Model, normalize, and structure complex financial datasets for both research and live trading environments
- Own the reliability, performance, and accessibility of critical datasets and associated data APIs
- Collaborate closely with alpha researchers, pricing teams, and engineers to deliver scalable, production-grade data solutions
- Implement monitoring, validation, and quality controls to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Contribute to scalable data platform architecture supporting large-scale analytical workloads
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role in a performance-driven environment (financial services experience strongly preferred)
- Strong Python skills, including experience with libraries such as Pandas, Arrow, and Spark
- Solid expertise in data modeling, normalization, and API development for analytical or trading systems
- Experience working with lakehouse architectures (e.g., Delta Lake, Databricks, AWS)
- Familiarity with fixed income data sources such as CDS, corporate/capital structure datasets, and bond NAVs
- Strong engineering fundamentals with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance in distributed systems
- Working knowledge of statistical models and quantitative finance concepts
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
- Highly competitive base salary compensation ranging from 180,000 USD-250,000 USD
- Performance-based bonus structure
- Participation in a global profit-sharing pool
- 401(k) matching
- Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage
- Generous paid time off plus market holidays
- Modern office environment with daily meals, snacks, and regular social and sporting activities
