THE ROLE

We're looking for an AUtomations Engineer who can build and scale the operational infrastructure that powers our revenue motion. This isn't a traditional engineering role—we need someone who thinks like an ops specialists, moves like a growth operator, and understands the unique dynamics of marketplace and product-led growth models.

You'll own the systems, data, and workflows that streamline how we onboard customers, drive adoption, and accelerate revenue. You'll be the connective tissue between product, sales, and customer success—using automation, data analysis, and process design to remove friction and unlock growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Revenue & Customer Success Operations
  • Design and streamline end-to-end revenue operations across the customer lifecycle
  • Build automated workflows that reduce manual work and accelerate time-to-value
  • Own the onboarding experience—making it seamless for home services businesses to get live and refer their first job
Systems & Automation
  • Architect and maintain our GTM tech stack (CRM, automation platforms, data pipelines)
  • Implement cutting-edge automation tools to scale operations without adding headcount
  • Build integrations and internal tools that make our team more efficient
Data & Analytics
  • Create dashboards and reporting infrastructure to track key revenue metrics
  • Analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Build predictive models to forecast growth and optimize resource allocation
  • Partner with leadership to refine go-to-market strategy based on marketplace dynamics
  • Experiment with PLG motions to drive self-serve adoption and expansion
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and revenue per customer
WHO YOU ARE Required
  • Automation expertise: You're current with the latest automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, AI agents, etc.) and know how to deploy them effectively
  • Marketplace experience: You've worked at a two-sided marketplace and understand the unique operational challenges (liquidity, network effects, incentive design)
  • Product-led growth background: You've been part of a PLG motion and know how to instrument self-serve funnels, activation flows, and expansion plays
  • Engineering foundation: You have a technical background—whether that's software engineering, data engineering, or technical operations. You can read code, write scripts, and build tools when needed
  • Data analysis skills: You're comfortable in SQL, Python, or similar tools. You can pull data, build models, and extract insights without waiting on analysts
  • Ownership mindset: You've built or scaled Rev Ops from early stages. You don't wait for perfect—you ship, learn, and iterate
Ideal
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in industries with complex workflows (field services, logistics, construction)
  • Familiarity with home services or trade industries
  • Background in growth, sales operations, or customer success operations
  • Experience with AI-powered automation and workflow tools
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Base + Bonus
  • Equity: Total compensation for this position may also include early-stage equity package depending on base salary.
