. They’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who loves shipping, thrives in ambiguity, and gets energized by solving deep technical problems in emerging tech.

Stamford, CT (3x a week)

• Ship features across the full stack—from web apps to backend services to internal dev tools
• Write clean, scalable code using modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Type Script, Go, Python, Node.js)
• Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and data pipelines connecting on‑chain and off‑chain systems
• Participate in high‑impact design decisions around distributed infrastructure, system performance, and scaling
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and ops in a fast‑paced startup environment
• Support deployments, observability, monitoring, and debugging of live systems
• Contribute to test automation, reliability engineering, and security best practices
• Help define engineering standards and documentation as the team scales
• 3–5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience building and deploying full‑stack applications
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems fundamentals
• Bias toward ownership, speed, iteration, and learning
• Comfort operating in a zero‑to‑one, startup environment

• Experience with blockchain
  , decentralized systems
  , or crypto protocols
• Exposure to AI/ML systems or data‑heavy pipelines
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or container‑based infrastructure
• Prior experience at an early‑stage or high‑growth startup
• Interest in open‑source ecosystems and permissionless innovation
