Overview

Stealth Fintech Co is a B2B payments orchestration platform that is building the infrastructure layer for programmable stablecoin payments. We’re starting with a B2B settlement platform using USDC/EURC and layering embedded finance tools on top, targeting marketplaces, cross-border vendors, and platforms that need compliant, real-time money movement.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Co-Founder. If based in the NYC area, we can also work in-person at WeWork - Williamsburg, where we have office space until summer 2026. The Technical Co-Founder will be responsible for leading the development of the MVP based on the pre-existing product development roadmap, building and managing a technical team, overseeing the technical architecture and infrastructure, and ensuring the scalability and security of the platform.

Responsibilities will also include collaborating with the founding team to align technical goals with business objectives and driving the innovation process to stay ahead of industry trends.

Compensation & Timeline

The Technical Co-Founder is joining a team with a full product roadmap in place and seed investors standing by once our MVP has secured its first customer. The Technical Co-Founder shall initially be entitled to 10% restricted stock upon signing. Once funding is secure, the Technical Co-Founder would then receive a competitive market rate and formalized title.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams or technology initiatives
  • Proficiency in software development, coding, and system architecture design, fulfilling the requirements of a full stack engineer
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interaction with diverse team members and stakeholders
  • Research skills to drive innovation and identify emerging market trends
  • Passion for the Fin Tech industry and its potential to innovate financial services
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
