Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our network. In this role, you will lead complex projects, mentor junior developers, and work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional web applications. Your advanced knowledge of PHP and Laravel will be key in driving the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of advanced web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and execute project requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards of code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance development practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in PHP development with a strong focus on Laravel.
• Expertise in PHP, Laravel, and relational databases (e.g., MySQL).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience in managing projects and mentoring teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with modern PHP frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leading or managing development teams.
