As a Tech Lead, you will lead the development of Eclipt

OS Platform capabilities and manage a group of technologists, reviewing contributions and bridging the gap between vision and development.

You will work in a product team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver impactful AI solutions using Python, React, and NextJS, leveraging LLMs for data retrieval and synthesis.

As a Platform Tech Lead, you will write, test, debug, and maintain application code, identify and resolve technical issues, stay current with generative AI technology, and drive innovation for defense and government clients. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including senior leaders, CST leaders, practice leaders, and engineers across the globe.

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Defense experience and work with data at various classification levels.
• Experience with distributed system architectures and secure platform engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Expertise in React and NextJS.
• Expertise with SQL databases, particularly Postgre
  
  SQL or cloud equivalents such as Amazon RDS.
• Experience utilizing LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and management, familiar with cloud platforms for deployment and Git Hub for version control.
• Experience with knowledge graphs.
• Knowledge of containerization.
• US Citizenship required.
• SECRET Security Clearance required; TS+ clearance preferred.
