Senior Machine Learning, AI Software Engineer - AI Platform Leader

About The Role

Build the intelligence layer of a modern AI platform. You will design and ship production machine learning systems, integrate LLM workflows, and improve the reliability, cost efficiency, and performance of AI powered features.

• Design and implement ML and LLM powered services including retrieval, embeddings, and agent workflows.
• Build evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems for model quality and safety.
• Optimize performance and cost through batching, caching, prompt engineering, and model optimization.
• Develop data pipelines that support training, inference, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to ship AI capabilities quickly and safely.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong exposure to applied machine learning.
• Expertise in Python and familiarity with one backend stack such as Go, Java, or Node.
• Experience working with LLM tooling, vector databases, and ML infrastructure in the cloud.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline from a highly regarded university.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and a data driven approach to problem solving.
