Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer (Full-Time)

The Role:We are in search of a full stack engineer to join the small, talented engineering team at Alta.

- Build beautiful, polished, and delightful user interfaces that build trust and showcase the power of our AI technology & shopping recommendation models.
- Scaling Alta’s suite of applications as we grow. Monitoring, debugging, and fixing issues in deployed applications. Improving the speed and quality of our codebase.
- Collaborating across disciplines, including design, engineering and growth.
- 4+ years of Full stack or backend engineering experience, ideally 6+ YOE.
- Experience with React, Type Script, Python. Have worked with NodeJS and ideally NextJS.
- Experience building in consumer AI, whether in a previous role or on the side (e.g. hackathons)
- Experience in growth engineering.
- In-person, NYC
- Competitive package ($200-250k base + Alta equity + healthcare benefits).
