Applications Development Group Manager - Senior Vice President

The COO Enterprise Solution Engineering capability is responsible for the development of best-in‑class technology platforms for Operations, including development of an integrated portfolio of Operations tools, end‑to‑end solution design for large‑scale transformation initiatives, design governance, and adoption of Generative AI solutions for driving operational efficiencies.

This role is for an innovative Generative AI Engineer to drive the adoption of Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic flows, focusing on process efficiencies, automation, simplification, and risk reduction across enterprise business solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to the technical direction of products and services, instil engineering best practices, and promote cultural change within the organization. This position involves close collaboration with various technology teams to push the adoption of Generative AI technologies and agentic flows across enterprise‑wide applications and processes, and to develop partnerships with third‑party providers for validating and adopting best‑of‑breed solutions.

• Deep hands‑on experience in engineering and executing enterprise solutions that scale effectively.

• Fluency in at least two programming languages, with a strong preference for Python and Java. Proficiency in Java script/Typescript and Golang is also highly valued.
• Strong understanding of Language Models (LLMs), transformers, agentic frameworks, vector stores, and search algorithms.
• Experience with relevant frameworks such as Spring (AI, Boot, Core, etc.), N8N, Flask, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, ADK, and MLFlow.
• Proficiency in database technologies, such as Oracle, Postgres, or Mongo

• Experience with messaging and integration platforms like Kafka or JMS/MQ.
• UI development skills with technologies such as React JS, Gradio, Stream Lit.
• Experience designing and implementing REST and Web Socket APIs.
• Familiarity with one of the major cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.
• Experience with build and deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins and Gradle.
• Good engineering experience with high‑performance, large‑scale AI/ML systems.
• Experience in model risk management, guardrails development, and developing end‑user adoption pathways for AI/GenAI solutions.

• A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in financial services.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Agile delivery, product management, and value stream methodologies.
• Proven track record in producing high‑quality project artifacts and senior management reports within technology or risk & controls domains.
