As part of this role, you will develop, implement, and integrate machine learning models into scalable AI systems. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate scalable machine learning models into production systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify AI integration opportunities.
• Optimize and deploy machine learning models, ensuring they meet performance and scalability standards.
• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into solutions.
• Led AI‑driven projects from inception to deployment, ensuring the successful integration of ML solutions into various business applications.
• Develop and maintain robust model training, testing, and validation pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI model integration.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks.
• Proven experience deploying machine learning models with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience with MLOps and automating the deployment and monitoring of models in production.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on integrating AI solutions into production environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ML concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in reinforcement learning or federated learning.
• Prior experience in leading AI/ML projects in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, model interpretability, and explainability techniques.
