Overview:

Location: Hybrid - New York, NY

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000

We are seeking a .NET Full Stack Engineer who will support our client to support the modernization, migration, testing, and enhancement of enterprise imaging applications and related services across web, API, database, and server environments. This role will focus on assessing existing systems, resolving technical dependencies, and ensuring stable application performance as systems are aligned to a new platform and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate is a solutions-oriented engineer with strong full stack .NET expertise who can work effectively across both legacy and modern technologies while troubleshooting complex technical environments.

• Conduct a detailed inventory of existing Imaging applications and web services and servers.
• Identify all dependencies (e.g. firewall, 3rd party software, scanners) and integrations to support seamless migration planning.
• Configure certificates, network shares, endpoints, and SSA process.
• Perform end-to-end testing and validation of Imaging applications and services for performance, availability, and resilience in the new infrastructure.
• Perform health checks using monitoring tools and logs.
• Participate in cutover activities including HOST names and ALIAS names preservation, DNS updates, configuration changes, service restarts, and sanity checks.
• Develop and bug fix as needed to comply with new environment.

• Associates degree or combination of experience and education
• 8+ years of experience with application design, development, maintenance, and support.
• 6+ years of experience with C# application development experience (both web and backend) as below:
  • Object Oriented programming (Java, C#, Python) and development
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript with latest frameworks
  • .Net web services/API
  • ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, Angular and Blazor
  • .NET Framework and .NET Core
  • Strong Database knowledge (SQL and Oracle) demonstrating the ability to create tables, views, write queries and stored procedures, as well as analyze query performances
• Experience on Internet Information Server (IIS) in windows environment. Knowledge on Apache Tomcat and Web Sphere in Unix/Linux environment is preferred.
• Understanding of both Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile project methodologies.
• Experience with UI and UX design tools. Experience with Dev Sec Ops  tools. Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) development.
• Experience on re-writing .NET framework application to a new development platform.
• Demonstrated experience with the following tools and technologies:
  • .NET Framework (4.7.2 / 4.8) and .NET (Core
    8)
  • C#, ASP.NET Web Forms / MVC / Web API, Entity Framework /
  • Oracle Database (PL/SQL, packages, stored procedures), SQL Server (T-SQL, SSIS, stored procedures, optimization)
  • IBM File Net P8 (Content Engine, Process Engine, Graph
    
    QL/REST APIs), IBM File Net Image Services, ECM APIs (SOAP, REST, .NET SDK)
