You’ll lead a team of dedicated software engineers on our Customer Data Platform (CDP) team, delivering critical functionality for Constant Contact’s biggest initiatives. Working closely with the Product Owner, you’ll ensure successful planning and execution of projects while developing team members to achieve their career goals and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, ownership, and accountability.
Responsibilities- Manage complex technical projects and teams deeply rooted in data
- Drive Agile principles and ensure a high‑performing team
- Hire, mentor, and grow passionate individuals who excel in strong teams
- Lead and motivate the best software engineers, earning their respect
- Build trust across teams and leadership through intelligence, initiative, integrity, and diplomacy
- 8+ years industry experience with 3+ years leading successful software teams in a data‑driven environment
- Experience working with other managers to drive execution and delivery of core functionality for SaaS products
- Proficiency with Java, Go, React, AWS, CI/CD, automated testing, and MySQL
- Experience designing and implementing large, scalable SaaS systems
- Experience with real‑time data streaming, Apache Flink, and Kubernetes
- Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban
$140,000 – $175,000 USD for full‑time employees, with potential on‑target commission or bonus. Compensation includes health and welfare benefits and paid leave.
