In this role, you do not need to be an accountant. But you do need to appreciate the value that our customers can create for their own company when we equip them with the perfect financial tools. Successful Rilleteers love powering the financial core of the world’s fastest‑growing companies.

• 4–7 years in ERP implementation, systems consulting, or finance transformation (e.g., Big 4 or implementation firms)
• Background in SaaS, high‑growth technology companies, or implementation/consulting environments is strongly preferred
• Hands‑on ERP experience (Net Suite, SAP, Workday, etc.), including requirements, configuration, data migration, and go‑live
• Strong understanding of core accounting workflows (close, reconciliations, ASC 606) and how they translate into systems
• Customer‑facing with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Systems‑minded with solid project management skills; able to run multiple work streams
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and highly detail‑oriented
• Experience working cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams
