A fast-growing company is seeking a Senior Software Developer to take ownership of its internal systems and development efforts. This role involves working closely with leadership to design, build, and improve systems across the organization, while overseeing and enhancing existing development work currently outsourced overseas. The ideal candidate is someone who can take a concept, figure out the best way to approach it, and run with it from start to finish without needing constant direction.

Take ownership of internal systems, tools, and automations

Design and build solutions based on high-level business needs

Develop and manage data pipelines, scraping tools, and marketing automations

Oversee and coordinate with outsourced development teams

Research and implement the best technical approaches for new initiatives

Improve system efficiency, scalability, and performance

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support business needs

Able to take ownership of projects from start to finish

Scrappy, resourceful, and able to figure things out without hand holding

Experience with databases and AWS (EC2, IAM, RDS, SQS, Lambda, Event Bridge, API Gateway)

Experience building data pipelines, scraping tools, and automations

Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required

Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think beyond assigned tasks
