Salesforce Team Lead- Long - scaling financial services firm

You will help lead and drive Salesforce development efforts across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Einstein AI, and other Salesforce technologies to support a rapidly scaling business.

You will play a key role in building and customizing scalable Salesforce solutions while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, gathering requirements, architecting enhancements, and helping scale a high-growth Salesforce ecosystem.

In this role, you will develop and maintain custom Apex classes, LWCs, Visualforce pages, Flows, and integrations with third-party tools such as Docu Sign, Conga, Slack, SMS
360, Demand Tools, Ocrolus, and Own Backup. Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, code reviews, and managing code repositories such as Git is highly valued.

In this role you will be a hands‑on developer while also leading a team of other Salesforce developers and admin.
