Location: New York
We are looking for a C++ Software Engineer with min 1+ years of experience, a strong academic foundation, and a high-flyer trajectory to join a top-tier HFT firm to work with a world-class team of engineers and quants to re-define ultra-low latency trading.

- Design and optimize ultra-low-latency trading systems in modern C++.
- Collaborate with researchers and traders to deliver production-ready quant strategies.
- 1+ years (No upper limit) of experience in C++ (C++17 or later preferred)
- Strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, memory models)
- Degree from a top-tier institution.
- Internship or full-time experience in trading, hedge funds, or top tech a plus
- Strong ownership, curiosity, and drive to make an impact
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English to liaise with the global collaboration.
Base salary: $90,000 – $250,000/year + Performance-based bonus + Competitive benefits
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skillset, and alignment with role expectations.
