Onsite Technical Lead

Job Title: Onsite Technical Lead (Contracting Role)

Location: East Coast, USA (Occasional travel to Dallas required)

We are looking for a skilled Onsite Technical Lead to join our team on a contracting basis and provide technical leadership for a high-impact project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture and microservices, hands‑on experience with Java and Spring frameworks, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. This role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams, managing technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with various platforms.

• Lead the design and development of microservices‑based applications.
• Architect and implement solutions using Java, Spring Boot
  , and database technologies like PostgreSQL and MongoDB
  .
• Cross‑functional collaboration with different teams for integrations and file transfers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ensure high‑quality deliverables through code reviews, best practices, and architectural guidance.
• Facilitate team discussions and manage technical roadmaps.
• Occasionally travel to Dallas for onsite meetings.

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead in designing and developing microservices‑based architectures.
• Strong proficiency in Java

  , and relational/noSQL databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB
  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with remote and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to provide architectural direction and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Must be based on the East Coast with willingness to travel to Dallas occasionally.

• Experience working with cloud‑based platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and API management.
