About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Engineering Lead with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and Multi‑Agent Systems to drive innovative AI solutions.

In this role, you will lead engineering teams, design scalable GenAI applications, and architect next‑generation multi‑agent AI systems to solve complex business challenges. This is an opportunity to work on cutting‑edge AI technologies while influencing technical direction and delivery at scale.

12+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications/systems

2+ years of hands‑on experience in Generative AI / LLMs, especially multi‑agent systems

Strong expertise in Python, Lang Graph, and SQL (Must Have)

Experience architecting and deploying GenAI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP

Hands‑on experience with AI developer tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar

Experience with AI observability & evaluation tools like Lang Smith, Langfuse, or equivalent

• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Agentic workflows
• Model evaluation & LLM-as-a-Judge
• CI-integrated evaluation pipelines
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business SMEs and stakeholders

• Lead the design and delivery of GenAI / Multi‑Agent AI solutions for enterprise customers
• Build and own the technical roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Design multi‑agent architectures, including supervisor‑router patterns and dynamic agent routing
• Develop, deploy, and optimize LLM‑based applications using Python, Lang Chain/Lang Graph, and SQL
• Implement RAG systems, evaluation pipelines, and observability frameworks
• Deploy and scale AI applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP with strong CI/CD practices
• Mentor engineering teams and drive technical excellence & best practices
• Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, Agentic AI, multimodal models, evaluation methods, and reasoning frameworks
