Position Summary
The Association of National Advertisers (ANA), the premier trade association representing client-side marketers, is seeking a Full Stack PHP Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in full-stack development, with expertise in PHP 7 and 8, MySQL, and front-end technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing full-stack web applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test full-stack web applications.
• Maintain and improve existing web applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with senior developers to understand our core business domains, technical stack, and best practices.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical and support documentation
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Professional Experience and Qualifications

• Relevant associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution along with 2-5 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining modern websites.
• Proficiency with PHP 7, PHP 8, OOP, and PHP MVC frameworks like Symfony.
• Experience with MySQL, Mongo
  
  DB, or other No
  
  SQL databases.
• Strong front-end development skills in HTML5, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Deep understanding of Bootstrap and responsive design.
• Exposure to Linux/Apache environments and basic knowledge of Unix/Linux command-line tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of APIs and web service integration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a group.
• Process-oriented, attentive to detail, and organized.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and team leads.
• Natural problem solver and troubleshooter.
• Self-motivated and creative thinker.

Salary and Total Rewards Package
