Job Description
  • 8+ years of professional front‑end development experience with a strong focus on React.js.
  • Core Technologies:
    Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and React.js ecosystem (Hooks, lifecycle methods, Context API). State Management:
    Expertise in Redux, Zustand, or MobX.
  • Build Tools:
    Proficiency with modern build tools and bundlers, including Webpack, Vite, or Babel.
  • Version Control:
    Strong experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops principles.
  • Architecture & Development:
    Design and develop complex, modular, and reusable React components and front‑end architectures.
  • Performance Optimization:
    Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring fast, responsive, and accessible applications.
  • Collaboration:

    Work with UI/UX designers, backend engineers (RESTful APIs/Graph

    QL), and product managers to define requirements.
  • Code Quality:
    Enforce coding standards through code reviews, unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library), and documentation.
  • Mentorship:
    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid‑level engineers.
Compensation

The base compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000. Capgemini provides compensation information in accordance with applicable pay‑transparency laws. Actual compensation offered may fall outside the posted range, contingent on factors such as geographic location, education and qualifications, certifications, relevant experience and skills, seniority, performance, market and business considerations, and internal pay equity.
