Mobile Engineer

We're working with a fast-growing, NYC-based AI startup that's building autonomous agents for enterprise customers.

This is a rare chance to own the entire mobile surface at a business that's already live with enterprise customers. You'll work directly with the Lead Software Engineer, ship to production, and have a real say in how the mobile product evolves.

• Owning production iOS apps end to end, from Figma to App Store, not just writing code in the middle
• Building for environments where performance actually matters: battery life, unreliable connectivity, gloved hands
• Taking full ownership of mobile CI/CD: code signing, provisioning, Test Flight, releases, the lot
• Keeping the codebase healthy: testing standards, code review, and release engineering
• Sitting in customer sessions and turning real feedback into shipped features
• Mentoring junior engineers and having a genuine say in how mobile engineering grows here

• 2–5 years shipping production mobile apps, with App Store releases under your belt
• Strong Swift/Swift
  
  UI: UIKit, Combine, async/await, and solid mobile architecture (MVVM, Coordinator, Redux-style state)
• You know offline-first data sync, REST/Graph
  
  QL, and have handled crash triage and hotfixes
• Comfortable going from Figma to finished feature alongside designers
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and observability tooling like Datadog, Sentry, or Firebase
• React Native experience is useful, Kotlin or Core ML/ML Kit is a bonus
• Excited about building AI-powered mobile experiences: agents, voice, vision, on-device inference
