Lead .Net Developer Angular

Synechron is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead .NET Developer with expertise in Angular and SQL to lead a team and deliver high‑quality software solutions.

• Lead and mentor a team of 3‑4 developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications.
• Implement front‑end features using Angular.
• Manage database design and SQL queries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project requirements.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
• Deliver projects on time and within scope.

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong skills in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Proficiency in Angular framework.
• Experience with SQL Server and database management.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS (preferred).
• Understanding of Dev Ops practices (preferred).

Base salary in New York, NY: $105,000 – $115,000 per year, plus benefits.
