Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a high-performance, scalable platform to support multiple Lending business lines.
• Develop and maintain reusable and testable backend and frontend components.
• Actively contribute to agile squad ceremonies and practices.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in all development activities.

• 7+ years of proven development experience in Java, Spring, and restful micro-services.
• 5+ years of proven web‑application development experience in Angular, JS or TS, CSS, and HTML.
• Strong expertise in relational or document databases (Sybase, Mongo
  
  DB, or similar).
• Experience in OOP concepts and design patterns.
• Experience working with modern code IDEs such as Intelli
  
  J or VS Code.
• Hands‑on experience with AI developer productivity tooling (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Amp, or similar).
• Understanding of relational or document databases (SQL, Mongo
  
  DB, or similar).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
