We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Voice, Amazon Connect (AWS Connect) integration, and Salesforce Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable CRM and contact center solutions that enhance customer engagement, streamline sales operations, and improve agent experience.
About the RoleThis role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, CTI/telephony integrations, AWS services, and enterprise‑level Salesforce implementations.
Responsibilities- Design and architect Salesforce solutions with a focus on Salesforce Voice and Amazon Connect integration.
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Integrate Amazon Connect (AWS Connect) with Salesforce using APIs, CTI adapters, Lambda, and related AWS services.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Voice capabilities for inbound/outbound customer interactions.
- Develop scalable Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define solution architecture and technical roadmaps.
- Design data models, security architecture, automation workflows, and integration patterns.
- Implement REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, best practices, and mentoring to development teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and platform issues.
- Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, governance, and security compliance.
- Participate in deployment planning, CI/CD automation, and release management activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of Salesforce development/architecture experience
- 2+ years of hands‑on Amazon Connect / AWS integration experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Voice
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governance, and security model
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and middleware solutions
- AWS / Amazon Connect
- Strong experience with Amazon Connect integration
- Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, Cloud Watch, S3, and related AWS services
- Understanding of CTI integrations, telephony workflows, IVR, and call routing
- Experience integrating Salesforce Voice with Amazon Connect preferred
- Development & Integration
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and event‑driven integrations
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Dev Ops, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with Mule Soft or other integration platforms is a plus
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
- AWS certifications are a plus
