We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a strong focus on React and Redux to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user interface components for JavaScript-based web applications. You will work closely with UX designers and other stakeholders to create seamless and engaging user experiences while ensuring adherence to governance and security standards.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React and Redux.
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate design wireframes and mockups into functional user interfaces.
- Implement routing and state management solutions to enhance application performance and user experience.
- Integrate APIs to connect front‑end components with back‑end services.
- Ensure the application is secure and adheres to best practices in governance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Strong proficiency in React and Redux.
- Experience with routing libraries such as React Router.
- Solid understanding of CSS and responsive design principles.
- Proficient in integrating and working with APIs.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma for collaboration with UX teams.
- Knowledge of governance and security best practices in software development.
- Strong focus on user experience (UX) and usability.
- Experience with Type Script.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
- Knowledge of state management libraries beyond Redux.
- Experience with server‑side rendering and performance optimization techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
