The team owns systems that power real-time ad decisioning and deliver relevant ads while balancing revenue, advertiser outcomes, and member experience. The team focuses on ML model serving infrastructure, ranking, auctions, budget systems, and observability tooling.
WhatWill You Do?
As a Full-Stack Engineer 5 at Netflix, you will design and build end-to-end internal tools and dashboards that give visibility into the ad decisioning stack from model inference through auction stages. You will build an ad decision debugger that traces request paths and surfaces why particular ads were selected. Additionally, you will own the UI and BFF layer for experimentation platforms while developing diagnostics, logging, and telemetry frameworks.
