We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong experience in building scalable, high‑performance systems in the financial or trading domain. The ideal candidate will be passionate about modern software engineering practices and deeply familiar with event‑driven architectures, microservices, and real‑time data processing.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams including traders, Operations, architects, and Dev Ops to build, enhance, and maintain trading back‑office applications and services that drive our business.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java‑based backend systems using Spring Boot and related technologies.
• Build and optimize microservices and APIs to support high‑throughput, low‑latency trading operations.
• Work on Kafka‑based message processing systems for real‑time data pipelines.
• Develop asynchronous and reactive services for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and QA to deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with business needs.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision‑making.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Debug, profile, and optimize production systems for reliability and performance.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices to ensure smooth deployments.

• 7–10 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Java/J2EE
