We're an impactful and highly collaborative team aiming to bring excellence to the world of security and compliance. Every member of the team is an owner, with significant responsibility and the opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the team and defining our culture. This is not a typical new grad role; you'll own real systems from day one. This is a hybrid position based in New York City.

- Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and other stakeholders within Engineering to solve real business problems
- Own projects end-to-end: scope the problem, architect the solution, write the code, deploy it, and measure the impact
- Move fast in a high-velocity, AI‑powered engineering environment
- Learn from a world‑class team of senior and staff engineers to overcome complex technical problems
- Build and scale zero‑to‑one products to dominate emerging cybersecurity markets
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, physics, math, or a related field with a graduation date in Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
- Prior professional experience including internships, co‑ops, and work with start‑ups
- Founder mindset looking to learn what it takes to build and scale an early‑stage company
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Ruby, Type Script, or Python
- Hands‑on experience building with LLMs, including RAG pipelines, multi‑step agents, or AI‑powered workflows
- A strong track record of building side projects, open source contributions, or independent work that demonstrates initiative and follow‑through
- Production‑minded: you write code that ships, and you care as much about getting it in front of users as you do about clean abstractions
- Resourceful and self‑directed — when you hit a wall, you find a way around it
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
