C# .Net / Python Developer

Required Pay Scale: $65-68/hour

Hands on C# developer who can also code in Python and has experience using GenAI tools such as CoPilot and Claude. Unique experience for someone who works on a research team and works with large data sets. The role involves creating custom benchmarks and managing workflows and databases for the credit strategy team. Ongoing projects will span both technology and research functions, translating research terminology into clear and concise technical requirements to deliver solutions that meet user needs.

• Build new market data feeds and maintain automated release procedures.
• Design databases that support complex SQL data retrieval and data management techniques.
• Develop cutting‑edge processes and workflows for data automation, including calculations.
• Support and maintain existing legacy workflows using Excel VBA, VB, and C#.NET.
• Establish a plan to adopt industry‑standard data processing pipelines that meet all business requirements while adhering to firm security standards.
• Stay updated with the latest technology to adapt research processes in response to new market and technology trends.

• Experienced C#.net developer familiar with agile development methodologies and tools for requirements gathering and code management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of Fixed Income products.
• Ability to translate research terminology into clear, concise requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel, VBA, VB, and C#.Net/Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of SFTP and FTP.
• Experience handling heavy datasets.
