The systems involved are engineered for low latency and high throughput, operating under constant, significant load where precision and system reliability are critical.
The organization is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to play a vital role in scaling cutting-edge platforms at the intersection of cryptocurrency and social finance. This individual will work across the entire technical stack to deliver high-performance, user-centric applications. Key Responsibilities
- System Architecture & Deployment: Architect, build, and ship high-performance solutions at an accelerated pace, contributing to the growth of a leading crypto social network.
- Full Stack Development: Manage the complete development lifecycle, from backend infrastructure to frontend interfaces, ensuring a seamless and scalable user experience.
- Rapid Prototyping: Iteratively develop and prototype new features, maintaining a delicate balance between speed of execution and code quality.
- Technical Problem Solving: Address complex challenges in a niche where innovation and system efficiency are the highest priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with a specialized team of engineers, designers, and product leaders to redefine the boundaries of social finance.
- End-to-End Ownership: Exercise full autonomy over projects, managing work from the initial conceptual phase through to production deployment.
Interview Process
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience in full-stack web application development, specifically utilizing Type Script, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Performance Engineering: A proven track record of building high-performance, scalable platforms capable of supporting real-time user interactions.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cryptocurrency, DeFi, or blockchain technologies is highly preferred; otherwise, a demonstrable eagerness to master these domains rapidly.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: The ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, quickly deconstructing complex challenges into executable solutions.
- High Agency: A self-starting professional capable of leading features end-to-end with minimal guidance and a strong sense of personal ownership.
- Environment Fit: Experience in high-growth startups or fast-moving product teams where speed and measurable impact are prioritized.
- Operational Commitment: Ability to work in an in-person capacity, managing unconventional hours and an intense, high-load environment.
- Competitive Compensation: A base salary range of $300,000 – $500,000
