The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in quantitative development or software engineering, strong coding fundamentals, and the ability to collaborate with trading teams. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
Compensation is competitive, with total compensation ranging from $500k to $750k+.
