React​/Full Stack Developer; Java + React

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js to build scalable, high‑performance applications. The ideal candidate will work across backend and frontend technologies to deliver end‑to‑end solutions, ensuring performance, security, and excellent user experience.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (8+/11+) and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement business logic, data processing, and system integrations.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
• Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js.
• Build reusable components and front‑end libraries.
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs.
• Optimize applications for performance and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Work across the technology stack to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers for pixel‑perfect implementations.
• Manage application state effectively using Redux or Context API.
• Build and consume RESTful services.
• Work with JSON, HTTP protocols, and API integration.

Base compensation range: 75,000 - 90,000 (Jersey City, NJ). Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
