Job Description
Develop and deliver complex software solutions to meet functional, non‑functional and compliance requirements. Design scalable architecture, write unit and automated test suites, and mentor team members on CI/CD practices.
Job Profile SummaryThe GNLR Technology group provides solutions to clients in Trading, Sales, Finance, and Regulatory functions for Exotics Interest‑Rate Options and Inflation businesses. The team is globally deployed across Europe, Asia and the Americas, working on the Quartz platform for front‑to‑back position management, pricing and risk.
Responsibilities- Code solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
- Design, develop and modify architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while maintaining principal architecture integrity.
- Mentor other software engineers and coach the team on CI/CD practices and tool automation.
- Execute story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimate work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle.
- Perform spikes or proofs of concept to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
- Automate manual release activities.
- Design, develop and maintain automated test suites (integration, regression, performance).
- Work closely with trading desk, Market Risk and Finance teams to build and support risk and PnL functionality for the complex products the team supports.
- Strong Python skills.
- Rates or FX business knowledge.
- Experience with derivatives.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on large‑scale IT projects with multiple teams and clients.
- Experience with Front Office in a banking environment.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in required programming languages.
- Exposure to the Quartz platform.
