Location: New York
Senior Development Manager – Full Stack
This role is eligible for our hybrid work model:
Two days in-office. The Technology team is the backbone of our company, constantly creating, testing, learning and iterating to better meet the needs of our customers.
- Provide constructive feedback and influence the performance and career development of high‑performing engineers.
- Take full ownership of the Full Stack of our products and collaborate with peers on cross‑team initiatives.
- Continuously collaborate with multiple departments to understand their business and product strategies and translate those into strategic technical plans.
- Decide with senior management in developing long‑term technology road maps and executing existing initiatives.
- Lead multiple projects, including planning, prioritization, and task delegation.
- Enforce accountability for the quality of software that is crafted.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven leadership in hiring, mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering talent, including performance management.
- Full‑stack experience with Java (Spring Boot), microservices, and JavaScript/Type Script (React).
- Strong skills in API development and integration, including REST and GraphQL.
- Crafty problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience driving development of high‑scale systems and system integrations.
- Illustrated history of living the values required at Priceline:

$175,000 – $220,000 USD, with eligibility for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
