- Lead tech direction, training, & design for the firm's convex pricing models. Design, engineer & maintain compute cluster tooling for algo devs in C++ & Python. Dev highly performant & reliable monitoring frameworks for a distributed compute cluster, integrating third‑party tools. Engineer scalable data storage & distributed systems to support performance of advanced statistical analysis. Ensure that network operations, data storage & distributed server systems are maintained to maximum levels.

Mentor junior software engineers & lead a team of a minimum of three software engineers in the development of highly profitable applications & software systems. WFH permissible.

Requirements:
Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field, plus two years of experience in the offered position, Lead Infrastructure Programmer (Core Dev
- Lead), Core Developer or related experience. All required experience must have included: experience developing & maintaining software tools in C++ & Python to monitor & control a low‑latency blended hardware & software trading system; experience troubleshooting systems in software & hardware to resolve operational issues; experience producing testing harnesses & processes in C++ & Python. The employer will accept any amount of professional experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $250K-350K.
