• Support, maintain, and enhance People Soft Financials modules (AP, GL, AR, AM) with 8-10 years of hands‑on experience.
• Actively participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Develop enhancements, customizations, interface development, and query creation across People Soft Financials modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and define business and functional requirements.
• Develop and deliver high‑quality coding solutions for new, complex, and business‑critical systems.
• Ensure thorough testing and validation of developed solutions, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of People Soft Financials business processes and module functionalities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and audit requirements:
  Technical Design Documents (TDD), Unit Test Scripts, Unit Test Logs, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for defects.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and documentation standards, including auditable deliverables.
• Contribute to the overall development life cycle, from concept to delivery and post‑production support.
• Take ownership of delivering high‑quality design, development, and implementation, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance of solutions.

• Strong expertise in People Soft Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, AM).
• Proficiency in People Soft development tools and technologies:
  People Tools, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, etc.
• Solid understanding of financial business processes.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong focus on quality.
