Position OverviewFull Stack Engineer.

You own critical components end to end, leveraging modern engineering practices, and help scale secure, compliant digital banking capabilities in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Experience as a Full Stack Developer using Java (JDK 17+), Spring Framework, and open source technologies to build enterprise grade applications.
- Considerable experience building microservices with RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT, with focus on scalability, security, and resiliency.
- Validated experience designing and developing Enterprise architectures using Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS, or equivalent messaging platforms for high throughput, low latency systems.
- Dev Ops/CI/CD + Observability – Git Lab or Jenkins; observability/monitoring tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
- Experience with React or Angular, understanding of full stack design and UI-to-API integration patterns.
- Experience in the Financial Services domain, especially Credit Cards, Consumer Lending, Risk & Control.
- Practical exposure to Generative AI / Agentic AI, integrating LLM capabilities into applications or workflows (e.g., intelligent services, automation, POCs, production use).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, Glue, etc.) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); strong engineering practices with CI/CD.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $67,733 to $108,811.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable law. This range may be subject to change. The actual compensation offered may fall outside the posted range based on factors such as geographic location, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, seniority, market consideration, and internal equity.
This role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions per applicable laws.
