The Equity Finance Technology team seeks a highly motivated software engineer for the Post Trade application in Pune, collaborating with global technologists and delivering robust technical solutions.

• Resolve high‑impact problems through in‑depth evaluation of complex business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in application programming, ensuring design aligns with the architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
• Understand business integration across architecture and infrastructure to meet objectives.
• Provide analytical solutions and interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as adviser or coach to mid‑level developers and analysts, allocating work.
• Assess risk in business decisions, upholding company reputation and compliance with laws and policies, and escalating control issues with transparency.

• 13+ years of experience in Full Stack Java Development with database and messaging platform knowledge.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.

• Extensive development experience.
• Technical skills in Java, Kafka, SQL, Git
  .
• Proficiency in QA, TDD and BDD practices.
• Ability to work in high‑pressure environments.
• Flexibility to work with a global team across geographies and time zones.
• Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, managing stakeholder expectations.

• Knowledge of Prime Services.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
